This seminar aims to help parents in this potentially gruelling preparation.  Parents with children in primary schools, especially those preparing for PSLE, lower secondary schools and others who are interested in overall growth development of their child will find this forum enriching. 

It’s the time of the year again! Hwa Chong’s Mid-Autumn Festival (MAF) Celebrations is the time of the year when all Hwa Chongians, young and old alike, return to Hwa Chong to celebrate as one family. MAF has a special significance in the hearts of all Hwachongians. Other than being the cultural event that it is in the Chinese community, our yearly celebrations are also a way of allowing past students to return to the school, and as one, to revel in the special atmosphere, relive old memories and renew lost acquaintances.

In conjunction to Hwa Chong Institution Mid Autumn Festival Celebrations on 10^th September, you are cordially invited to a tea session on the same day, at 5 pm, organised by Hwa Chong Junior College Alumni. The tea session aims to show our appreciation to alumni who had contributed their time in our activities for the past one year, and also to bring Hwa Chong alumni together and mingle with one another, before joining in the annual Hwa Chong Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations at 6.30 pm.

During this tea session, we will be having short introductions on the activities that HCJC Alumni had carried out for the past one year, and a buffet for our alumni.

The objective of this session is for the youths to get up close with Alumni in the financial and business world  and to have a good, open and balance views on the job scope, life and outlook of the career. A panel of 5-10 professionals in the industry will be sharing their experience in a casual and open manner. Students have a chance to chat with the alumni in an informal setting. This is to help them in their decision on University course applications and for the students to hear more from future colleagues and potential employers. HCI students in college, young graduands who are deciding on courses in University and University students studying Finance, Business Administration and Accountancy are all welcome.
